Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered. However, if requested within 1 week of purchase, the amount paid will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.

Exchange Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value. Any price difference for a higher-value item will be billed at the time of the exchange.

• All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact.

Conditions for Exchange

Please note that items showing any signs of use, wear, or damage will not qualify for an exchange. Any modifications or alterations to the product will also void the exchange eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are only permitted if the order has not yet been processed. Once processing has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
