12.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by a sole Arbitrator appointed by the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh. The place of arbitration shall be Raipur and the Civil Court of District Raipur shall have jurisdiction to entertain any legal matters arising out of this agreement and the language of arbitration shall be English.
